We do freeze subscriptions for customers who purchased the annual subscription OR if you have a special grandfathered rate. Otherwise, if you are on a monthly plan, you can just cancel at anytime.
You can follow this link here and log into the website to cancel your subscription. Please check the box of the subscription you wish to cancel then select the confirmation checkbox to cancel. If you need any assistance please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
