Terms of Use/Conditions:

Trade Ideas currently offers a TI Pro and a TI Premium subscription at monthly and annual renewals. We also offer a TI Strengths monthly email subscription. Additionally, we now have a Professional Services membership for Professional Traders. All subscriptions are recurring subscriptions with no contract involved. What types of payment do you accept? We accept credit card and PayPal payments only. In special situations, we do accept Western Union, wire transfers, or personal checks.

What is the billing process? When you sign up for any of our recurring subscription plans, you will be billed every calendar month or yearly from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service.

What is the cancellation policy? Customers can cancel their subscription at anytime. To cancel, please log into your account in Account Management and go to Cancel Your Subscription. Please keep in mind that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Trade Ideas will allow for store credit or exchanges. Trade Ideas is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a client forget to cancel their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the cancellation. Email us at info@trade-ideas.com if you have any questions or issues cancelling.

Can I change my subscription? Yes, we do allow for upgrades and downgrades. You can contact info@trade-ideas.com for further assistance.

Do you pay for exchange fees? Yes, we do pay the exchange fees for non professional users only. If you are considered a professional trader, you will need to pay additional fees to the exchanges. For more information on professional fees, please go here.

How do the promo code discounts work? Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the discount codes reduce the order total. In the case of a recurring subscription, the discount applies to the first installment (for example: the first year or the first month). The ongoing subscription recurs at the advertised normal rate for the service.

Is there a trial? Trade Ideas offers Test Drive events on a bimonthly basis where you can sample the full product for a minimal fee. You can sign up here to be notified of future Test Drive events.
